1. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the order's preparation. If you need to cancel your order, head over to your "Orders" section under your "Account" page. We will issue a full refund for the cancelled order (if prepaid).
2. Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, We have 3 methods of refunding your order amount.
2.1. Coupon
A coupon code can be used at checkout to redeem your refund amount and use it while shopping.
2.2. Moc Wallet
We issue a total order amount in your Mad Over Cakes wallet within 1 hour of your cancellation request.
2.3. Original payment method
We can issue a total order amount to your original payment method, which usually takes 4 to 5 business days after your cancellation request.
Please note that in any kind of unforeseen circumstance, Mad Over Cakes reserves the right to cancel orders at anytime.
3. Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any food items. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
